Agreed that those grievances are with a Govt of former jurisdiction. It's debatable as to whether they've seen the end of it.
Of greater concern is the lack of funding to achieve the often changing focus/goals.
As they say, the accounts are considered on a going concern basis due to less planned future drilling and a perceived ability to raise funds.
Until cornerstone investor/s and/or offtake agreements to shore up funding materialize they remain a huge risk of decimating shareholders value even further.
