Why did they not raise more in one hit last time so as to avoid having to raise again so soon?? As I recall at the time of the last raise, sp was dismal but a little higher prior.
More dilution coming at these already dismal prices - possibly put further downward price pressure?
Will there be another one coming the following Q as the proposed one is also rather small??
Not looking too great for options currently to be exercised - will be pleasing if they get do have conversion - it would mean somewhat higher sp - something that has thus far travelled in the opposite to that desired.
