'OZ Exploration is limited to three DOIs at any given time.'
After reading the following AFR article, particularly the BHP-OZL content, IMO the Kalkaroo Call Option is likely to be exercised by OZL if BHP is unsuccessful with its TO of OZL. If BHP is successful with its TO of OZL, would it just TO HAV instead of exercising the Option? This would do away with the 3 DOI limit.
"JP Morgan predicts the [red] metal could make up 40% of BHP’s earnings by 2030, from 25% during 2024."
