In my opinion Anglo might be waiting for official lifting of environmental protection notice. Previous announcement shows they are working closely and quickly approaching the finishing line for full-scale mining at this project.

If the company can put this project into production there is substantial upside, all the experts are talking about the copper market and the great need for new projects.

It's hard to believe we're trading at a $27 million market cap.. the market is so cautious at the moment.. despite the cost blowout management here have proven themselves with this project to be more than capable, this has been noticed by some strong institutional backing, funding and progressive partnership with Anglo.
