furthermore, what is interesting is that according to this document, the date 23/1/23, is the date, after which, OZL would be expected to contact any third parties regarding 'change of control or unilateral termination rights'.. the question is .. are CPN one of the third parties and are they waiting to receive contact from OZL before making market announcements
