well i can guarantee he isn't short, as there is no borrow available that would allow anyone to open a short position, so either he's trolling or i laugh out loud thinking this, he might actually believe what he's putting out...nah, no one could be that rubbish at reading reports or charting or watching macro trends, he must be trolling.... i hope for his sake anyway...
