This is what happens with a small market cap, low share on offer, company. When they have raised its only been to " sophisticated investors " keeping punters away. Couple this with an absolute shamozzle of a previous 24 months. Is why we arent seeing any buying... yet.
Assays will change this significantly, though in my opinion.
