Hi Meledath,
Sanjay became executive chairman when the board was restructured due to Davide Bosios departure. It was a mutual agreement between directors. He was doing all the work anyway, so nothing has really changed. He certainly does have a large combined holding, as does D. Bosio. Plenty of companies like VMS where the M.D has no skin in the game.... If we can get these bloody assays, we will soon see his true colours.
