I would hope directors are planning what would be next according to various scenarios, whether it is drilling success or failure. I expect them to use their experience to deliver shareholder value. I care about their effectiveness and accountability and couldn't give a rat's about their hours. If they have skin in the game, it should take care of their motivation.
