    $17 million doesn't mean anything if management is not going to make use of it. It is being used for JA'S lifestyle. After months and months of predicting the share going to 5c, it has now stagnated. We have yet to hear of its progress in its organic development of rare earth elements on its tenements. We are still waiting.
