I've been here before with a junior explorer transitioning to nickel miner. It was rough and that was trying to build and commission an underground mine.
The road is always bumpy, no big engineering project is ever delivered on time.
The are obvious reasons for most delays at the moment, something about a world wide pandemic, looming recession in the US.
3rd party delays in assay results = delayed MRE. Short of CTM doing their own assays or finding another provider - its not just a problem unique to CTM.
I dare say drills are spinning fast because we need to keep increasing the MRE because when the takeover comes its harder to justify a higher price on speculation of what might be undiscovered.
