The key point I was making is that MXR will be in limbo until that 9 months has elapsed (option for PNR to buyback expires). The 9 months aligns with the date of the next MXR AGM. If the current MXR board remain and a BCN crony joins too, I can't see how that will be any different than before. BCN is solely gold focussed just like PNR.
