Is there any legal action shareholders can instigate against a BOD for failing in their duty? This is not sour grapes on the SP,I accept that we all speculate at this end of the ASX, however Spencer and co appear to have blatantly undersold this resource .If he has a deal going to realise full value in the background I will publicly apologise,but it just doesn't smell right at the moment.
