    He didn’t say they have undersold it. He said it “appears” they have - which it very much does.

    That offer you say you consider to be “woefully low”, Tim Spencer & co believe the complete opposite. Hence, if that doesn’t appear they’re underselling the entire ESS resource, then I’m not sure what does!
