Hi WhatsTheTip,

How can the offer be considered fair by any means?

If the drilling campaigns have to date managed to prove we have a resource that, simply based on the trading price of the commodity of that resource, really can’t be valued at anything realistically less than at least multiples of three times where we sit today, how can anyone declare our current valuation as fair?

I’d honestly like to know what metrics would we be compared to by any valuer and or “expert” that could demonstrate we really are only worth somewhere between $130-150mil.
