With the GS Bullst that went on, then in line with the other Lithium companies, the ESS Sp went down to 29 to 31 for simple around 2 weeks and was starting to and inline with other companies creep up when the offer was struck. The Offer is SIMPLY OPPORTUNISTIC TIMING.
