Why is Victoria so slow to grant the exploration license? I thought a key point to re-tendering the land blocks around Fosterville was to drive up the pace of progress. From an outsider’s view, Victoria needs to get their act together or just say you’re not in the game. They act like a third world country that’s just being introduced to the concept of mining.

I’m admittedly not that familiar with business in Victoria but anybody I ask for their expertise on a Victoria explorer always starts with “well, knowing the challenges of Victoria…”
