Company changed its name to Greenvale Energy as it develops plans for its low emissions bitumen production & geothermal electricity generation.

Plans to develop geothermal power at its Alpha torbanite project. Torbanite is a variety of fine grained black oil shale. ( Note, GRV has the only commercial deposit on the planet).

The company has met with State Govt to outline their ambitions for Australia’s long overdue return to bitumen production. (No option at the moment other than import high emissions bitumen from Asia which is made from heavy crude oil)

The company is very confident of becoming a sustainable producer of bitumen to feed the growing infrastructure needs of Aust.
