That is an oversimplified (read: nonsense) "calculation" that assumes the company will maintain the current level of net operating cash flows....
It is not a "fact" by ANY stretch of the imagination.

Think about what you type. They don't need to raise money for 3 years??? Only if they keep bumbling along at the current rate for the next 3 years.....
Come to think of it, that's not impossible, actually, it would seem.
