You should always keep an open mind and be willing to take on constructive information in the investing game. Being narrow minded / focused will only result in tears one day !

On the 26th of April 2022, Steve Presented to the Benchmark Conference that Lake would have a DFS / ESIA completed in the following Quarter. He also stated that approvals would be received and construction started in "Mid-Late 2022"

I recall this presentation very clearly. In fact I went away and did some Due Diligence and discovered that Lake hadn't even submitted its Permit Applications, yet the CEO is of the belief it will all be sorted and approved within the next quarter

Whilst delays always happen in the Mining Game, it was clear that these timelines were so far beyond reasonable to begin with that there was 0% they would ever be hit

Here we are 9 months later on the 31st of January 2023 and Lake is now saying that the DFS / ESIA is now ~6 months away (WTF)

In 9 months the company has gone backwards by its own timelines......... but if you were like me in April last year, you already knew Steve had lied to the audience and the market as what he was saying was so far fetched from reality he either deserved a straight jacket or some time behind bars !

This company won't be in construction in 2022, it won't be in construction in 2023, heck it likely won't be in construction in 2024. It is looking like the New Management Team left to pick up the pieces and keep the loyal faithful happy (who are starting to ask questions) might commence construction in 2025....... but geez there is alot of water to go under the bridge between now and then
