I think LYC is pretty solid now Texas plant & USA DoD backing in the mix, plus WA based leaching & cracking
Don't think CCP could offer enough grease to pressure Malaysia govt to shut down LAMP & try squeeze remediation costs from LYC to exit & clean up low level radioactive waste
Makes more sense for Malaysia to keep LAMP running with increased waste penalties (addressed by WA based processing)
Who knows though
As for ARU, looks like they will be mining from 2025 & surely some who participated in latest raise sub 40c will be tempted to take profits & buy in again lower?
Same could happen for ASM
REE sector & emergence of Australian based mines with linked processing is only just beginning to take shape
LYC, ARU, HAS, ILU & ASM all looking like solid long term players
