This reads to me like they are not mentioning the Feasibility intentionally because they are days away from releasing the update.. If this is not the case then I'll be annoyed. All they needed to do was say that the feasibility is progressing well and due imminently, or that Shell has asked for additional engineering scope etc. Only other reason I can think it didn't even get a mention is because it could be at a commercially sensitive stage where Shell is asking for it not to be mentioned.
