The mine operations will be able to start again when the power grid can operate without fear of collapse. The old wimp is using up his missiles fast with no microchips to create many more. NATO are supplying better air defences. The zombie hoards are being mowed down in massive numbers with little gain. They are not taking enough ground for their losses. The war could continue for 10 years in the Donbas, Russias male population might halve, but if the power grid is protected the mine can operate. There are so many what ifs. Until we get confirmation that the power grid is protected just mothball the mine. Halve all wages in VRC and drop any dead wood. That will help with confidence.
