    Oh wow - claiming to have 39qtrs of funding available feels like drawing a long bow as that's about 38qtrs worth of LDA put option calls which I can't see anyone pulling the trigger on. Cash is TIGHT. Next question is where's the funding to finish BFS coming from? Regal, Shareholders, a takeover player, or one of the Offtakers???
