I am not from Western Australia but have invested in speckl
ie shares for years. I know there are many investors that won't touch anything that is headquartered in Western Australia. I did wonder why for many years but after some experience with many companies there (and no doubt there is some good winners) I went for a trip up the Swan River once! Someone has to pay for those big houses and huge boats!!

( Don't worry I am not gloating at shareholders misfortune here as my young son had some of these shares.... But there are too many rogue directors around that is for sure)
