    isn’t it 15c per share. Cash$37.9 plus $142M divide it by 1186,000

    The suitor would have to give us atleast 18c now to be able to win us over. Otherwise I am ok to wait.

    Surely this has to be a huge BUY for a certain entity that can purchase nearly 18% of a quality company.
