I agree, plenty of near term catalysts for upturn in SP before a CR is required. This is also how it usually plays out, get a bunch of good news flow going to get VWAP up before announcing CR at a discount so as not to dilute existing SH as much. That’s if the required funding comes from a CR, I’d reckon we would have a number of interested parties coming to the table to JV or otherwise fund us without a discount given our low MC and potential.
