If they are relying on gas that is flared from wells, they are relying on the continued drilling of new wells. Gas wells don't last forever.
Also flaring is often used to control over pressure of the well, they don't just flare all day. I don't know how QPM intends to capture all this flared gas for over pressure incidents?
