I think the scenario it is excluded in stage 1 and potentially added into stage 2 needs to be considered.

So what does that mean removing HPA has the potential to reduce Capex by $80mil( most likely less if some prep is needed to arrange things so it can be easily installed at a later date). OPEX drops by around $15mil and total revenue drops by around $143mil.

Idk I think this could now be a likely scenario and probably helps bring Capex closer to $1.7b / $1.8b mark when combined with inflation coming down.

I emailed management about hpa plant progress last year and they said that this plant delay doesn't impact dfs or project progress as they are mainly using this for creating product to send around for potential offtake agreements.
