All in all a solid quarterly. The Malaysian financing delay Sept-Dec 22 is totally understandable given the market at the time. I would hope closing the finance will be closer this quarter. Having said that, I dont think Malaysia is the main game here.
The progress made in German is. I expect that to continue this quarter, with plenty more milestone updates from the team.
