PBlonde it was even below my pessimistic projection, while the cost of production jumped (nothing the company has said prepared me for that) resulting in increasing the operational loss by more than 1/2 a million dollars.
Yes, the government grant covers the operational losses. But they need that cash to fund the capex for the OC.
That leads me to the biggest issue disclosed in the report and that is the OC mining has now been pushed back again. Originally it was to start last quarter, then push to this quarter and now to next. So, with the operation loss increasing I can't see how they currently have the funds to get the OC into production.
