So he was probably reliant on the people at site getting this sorted. Again, not trying to sound like a broken record, but the GM has to bear responsibility for this one. I've worked at several mines and at all of them, the buck stopped with them. Any mess up on not meeting targets is a reflection on the SSE and David Power has got to get the hell out of there and give the position to someone that knows what they are doing! I know the labour market it tight but it can't be hard to find someone more suitable, surely?!
