I think all that will happen but as an AJQ holder you would have to think about what the share register would look like then.
if DGR converts 16m+ loans they would own an additional 50% of the company to what they own now.
or maybe they push it under and as a large creditor buy 100% from the administrators.
risky bet being in AJQ just because of the coming dilution but good news for DGR
