1 Cluster. A cluster is a group caused by an upwelling from the in the mantle.
Each deposit within cluster is formed by a vent causing a fumarole field or a black smoker .
To call it a second cluster I should think it would need to be 200 or more Kms away.
( E.g. at Yellowstone which is a lot further) but likley from the same origin as the hot spot in the mantle moved over time.
All IMVHO.
