1. With over 5mil in cash i would suggest the company does in fact not need a CR at this point in time.

2. That is my whole point. When SYA was a lot less developed they didn't have 8B+ shares. As companys grow they need to gain capital to continue the path. My point shows that if Mavis continued to grow and hypothetically speaking got to the same point in size, dev etc., we could raise 6.7B+ shares and still be at .22c in a downmarket.

Basically everytime someone says CR it doesn't mean it's bad for shareholders at all. It may be bad for short term shareholders, or day traders, but the og's who will see this to production just laugh it off and buy more.
