I'm torn on this one.

Yeah, it's great that they've got QLD Govt interest to dial in an industry-wide plan. LT me thinks this is great. However, it's in preliminary stages and given the potential number of interested parties, this ain't going to move quickly. I hope Bahay's negotiating hat is a good one.

Meanwhile, Shell has extended for 12 months and I have to wonder if they're holding off to see how their project could fit into the hub-spoke model that Bahay mentioned. Whatever, the hope of a company-making Shell contract just wandered off, possibly pushed into next year. Maybe I'm the kid who takes one biscuit now instead of getting two biscuits later.

Also in the wandered-off category - PWN's concerns over collaborations where the IP is in danger of leaking. I suspect this could be behind opportunities such as the Middle East one which get mentioned, get hopes up, and then just fade into the mist.
