No doubt it's material. They aren't withholding. We will see the MRE but they still need time to "complete it", but they are seeing the numbers already.
This time period represents a convenient opportunity to talk up the east cost opportunities and get everyone excited.
Then they will release the completed MRE and hopefully Mr Market goes "Bummer, but I guess we still have the east coast".
