    Proximity is important but scale is critical. Wishful thinking that NST will TO a minnow like NXM.
    Which isn't to say that NXM couldn't be in production in time and become a multi 100m $ company.
    But it's a long way off and with no foundation investor in a binding subscription agreement it is a tough road ahead.
    Looks like a 5 years development timeline imo
