I’d imagine it has a lot to do with the fact the company does not appear to have a genuine project, spends at least twice as much capital on salaries to the Directors compared to the project and is being sued by one of the largest shareholders. And the law suit will potentially bankrupt the company.
And adding insult to injury there is no liquidity, so if Goody starts selling his 90 million shares then it’s game, set and match.
