I agree with you totally WC and again that's a reflection on management. There would've been dissent shown between Goody and the BOD for a long period of time before legal action commenced and yet the BOD still couldn't come to any sort of resolution with him.

Vardo is not interested in shareholder value at all IMO. Apart from selling millions of dollars worth of stock that I highlighted in my previous post he was at it again in March. Did an off market transfer between his family account and his super fund and then sold 2,355,912 shares on market out of his family account. So basically let's sell more stock, raise the money now and transfer a few to the super fund where they can't be sold anyway for years.

2,355,912 shares for consideration of $135,234 so an average of 5.74 cent per share. Its ok for him though, he can take them back via his interest free, non-recourse loan if the stock ever did go up.
