It’s a total lifestyle company, and the legal case with Goody isn’t going to end well IMO.

If he wins the court case then ZEO is effectively bankrupt and he’s got 90,201,000 shares to sell. But if he loses then he still has 90,201,000 shares to sell whenever he chooses into an illiquid market as an aggrieved shareholder. I’ve dusted a lot of money on this company, but I’m finally out at a loss to avoid an even bigger loss.

At the current market capitalisation this has a long way to fall yet, assuming it doesn’t end up in administration.
