Lenders have been doing their DD for years. We are being strung along - there must be issues that lenders have otherwise this could have been financed last year when the Traxys deal was done. I feel that Joe is not being up front with SHs and always dangles a carrot to keep the hope alive - this time it is a phase 2 plant site in USA.
What next?
