    A bit intrigued with the wording “ under consideration”. Very loose term I realise, but could it mean possibly that an offer has been tabled for the plant and being reviewed by the board?

    Maybe a little closer than we think or just more bells and whistles from the board?

    Track record on this finance not very good and have a knack of slipping these little twists in the reports.
