Could do that in a day with a big announcement on finance. Would also mean that the biggest part of the finance being the plant will have been taken care of. That only leaves a small part remaining.
No doubt the company will try and get these oppies over the line in the next 50 days. They would be foolish not to.
Whether the announcement is good enough........time will tell.
