Joe grabbed a very nice salary. Fair to say with all the add-ins, it is far too much. The dreadful messaging from management, and delays do not warrant his generous package thusfar, it was a fairly brazen increase in his most recent uplift. Fingers crossed it has been earned in the not too distant future. I have my doubts.
