Agreed, they need to stop talking about phase 2 along with behaving like they have all this funding opportunity in the background but we’re waiting for the DFC to give us the best rate. Unless the other funding opportunities were not as competitive or would put us under, should just go with them to stop the business from going under later… We’re going back to 0.005 of a cent once more that doesn’t need to happen or is happening on the basis of greed.
