• Acquisition of Karibib mine from Desert Lion Energy
• LOH-Max patented
• Development of Cs & Rb production circuits
• Maiden ore reserve at Karibib completed
• P1 PFS scope expanded to include LOH-Max and vertically integrated operation (mine concentrator and chemical plant)
• ESIA for Karibib & KEZAD
• P1 DFS completed
• Musataha Agreement for KEZAD executed
• Project FEED completed for Karibib and KEZAD
• Commissioning and successful operation of demonstration plant
• P1 EPCM Stage 1 completed for Karibib and KEZAD
• Karibib fully permitted
• IP licence sold to Cornish Lithium
• GHG assessment completed for Karibib and KEZAD
• Construction permitted for KEZAD
• DFC IE DD completed
• Appointment of senior leadership team
• OT agreement with Traxys
