Yeah, the optimum time to get in is when the crowd stay away in the construction phase. A lot of punters have little patience and this creates likely opportunities for those with a bit more patience. Coal is unfashionable with the warmistas, those Quixotic tilters at windmills, but the kind of profits it can make are real and imminent not pie in the sky and not coming for a long time, if ever. This one is going to be in the dividend lists very fast. Black gold is commonly more profitable by far than yellow gold.
