    Exactly how could the coal be monetized? Unfortunately it is located in a place that is very anti-coal. Also it looks like no attempt has even been made yet to get mining/environmental approvals which is a process that takes many years. If they couldn't monetize the coal during record prices Iast year then what makes you so optimistic now?
