I think the problem is that while we know there is helium there, they haven't drilled for flow rates. Are we to assume that the drills in BBB will have optimum flow rates. what if they don't, does that mean more money to drill in other areas, does that mean more waiting on further drill permits? The helium might be there but right now there's been no evidence that they can extract it.
As far as conserving cash till production, they aren't, we're paying for leases that they acquired over the last few years where nothing is happening. TBH the only people who have benefited are the director who upped their salaries and the leaseholders who are getting cheques each month.
